Payment & Delivery

TR Bangla Travel Agency operates under TR Bangla Ltd, registered in İstanbul, Türkiye, holding TÜRSAB travel agency licence no. 16622. This page explains how you pay for our services and how your travel documents reach you.

1. What we sell

We sell travel services: airport transfers, guided tours and tour packages, and hotel reservations. These are services, not physical goods — nothing is shipped to you, and no cargo or courier delivery is involved in any booking.

2. Payment methods
  • Credit or debit card: payments are processed online through iyzico, a licensed Turkish payment provider, using 3D Secure. Card details are entered on the secure payment page and are never stored on our servers.
  • Bank transfer / EFT: available on request for group and corporate bookings. Contact us and we will send the account details and a payment reference. The booking is confirmed once the funds reach our account.
3. Currency and card charges

Prices are displayed in the currency shown next to each service. Cards issued in Türkiye are charged in Turkish lira, converted at the rate applied at the time of payment, which may differ slightly from the displayed amount. Cards issued abroad may be charged in the displayed currency; your bank may add its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee, over which we have no control.

4. When you are charged

Payment is taken when you complete the booking. For hotel reservations we confirm availability with the property immediately afterwards; in the rare case the room can no longer be confirmed, the payment is refunded in full and you are told so on screen.

Some hotel rates carry local taxes and fees that the property collects directly at check-in. Where this applies it is shown next to the price before you book, and those amounts are not part of what you pay us.

5. Delivery of your booking

Confirmation is delivered electronically, by email, to the address given during booking — usually within minutes and at the latest within 24 hours. It contains your reservation code, the service details and a contact number for the day of travel. Please check your spam folder before contacting us about a missing confirmation.

For airport transfers our representative meets you at the agreed point; for tours, pick-up details are stated on your confirmation; for hotels, present your reservation code and passport at the property.

6. Invoices

An invoice is issued for every booking and can be sent electronically on request. If you need it issued to a company, please give us the company title and tax details before travel.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rights, deadlines and any charges are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and in the Distance Sales Contract.
