This policy explains what personal data TR Bangla Travel collects when you use trbanglatravel.com, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

The data controller is:

2. What we collect

  • Booking details you give us: travellers' names, email address, phone number, flight number, pick-up address, country of residence and, for flights, the passport details the airline requires.
  • Payment: card payments are processed by iyzico. We never see or store your card number.
  • Messages you send us through our forms, by email or on WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser and the pages you visit. We use the IP address on our own server to choose your language, currency and hotel prices for your country.

3. Why we use it

  • To make, change and deliver your booking and to send you its confirmation.
  • To answer your questions and requests.
  • To meet our legal duties, such as invoicing and tax records.
  • To understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising — where the law requires it, only with your consent.

4. Who we share it with

  • Only the partners needed to deliver your booking: our hotel supplier (RateHawk / Emerging Travel Group), our flight ticketing provider (IATI), our transfer and tour partners, and iyzico for payment.
  • Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics), advertising measurement (Google Ads) and spam protection on forms (reCAPTCHA).
  • Public authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these companies process data outside Türkiye. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

  • Necessary: your language (tr_lang) and currency (tr_cur), access to your reservation (nt_rv), security tokens for forms, and the booking steps you have filled in. The site cannot work without them.
  • Your cookie choice: nt_consent, kept for six months.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) and Google Ads (_gcl_*). Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first, and these cookies are not set unless they accept.
  • Spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA on our forms.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires (currently up to ten years). Messages and analytics data are kept for a shorter time and then deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to trbanglatravel@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
