Distance Sales Contract
This contract is concluded electronically between the Agency and the Customer when a booking is completed on trbanglatravel.com. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted it.
1. Parties
The Agency (Seller): TR Bangla Travel Agency, operating under
TR Bangla Ltd, TÜRSAB travel agency licence no. 16622.
Address: Karagümrük Mah. Çorapsız Kadı Asker Sk. B3 - 117 - F4 - 124 Blok No: 10
İç Kapı No: 3, Fatih, İstanbul, Türkiye.
Phone: +90 212 706 45 13 · Email: trbanglatravel@gmail.com
The Customer (Buyer): the person who completes the booking, using the name, address, email and telephone details entered during the booking process.
2. Subject
This contract covers the sale of travel services — airport transfers, guided tours and tour packages, and hotel reservations — booked through the website, and sets out the rights and obligations of both parties under Turkish Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. The service, price and payment
The service booked, its date, duration and total price are those shown on the booking confirmation page and repeated in the confirmation email, which form an integral part of this contract. Prices include VAT where applicable. Local taxes and fees that a property collects directly at check-in are stated separately before booking and are not included in the price paid to the Agency.
Payment is made by credit or debit card through the licensed payment provider iyzico, or by bank transfer where agreed. Card details are not stored by the Agency. Details of payment and confirmation are set out in Payment & Delivery.
4. Performance of the service
Confirmation is delivered by email to the address given during booking, normally within minutes and at the latest within 24 hours. The service itself is performed on the date and at the location stated on the confirmation.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate passenger names, contact details, flight information and travel dates, and for holding valid travel documents, passports and visas. The Agency is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect information supplied by the Customer or from missing travel documents.
5. Cancellation, changes and refunds
Cancellation deadlines, charges and refund timescales are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of this contract. Hotel reservations additionally carry the terms of the property concerned, which are displayed before payment and stated on the confirmation.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental, catering and leisure services that are required to be performed on a specific date or in a specific period. Since the services sold under this contract fall within that exception, the cancellation terms in the Cancellation & Refund Policy apply instead, and are provided to the Customer in writing before payment.
7. Obligations of the Agency
The Agency undertakes to provide the service as described, to use licensed suppliers, vehicles and guides, and to inform the Customer promptly of any change. If a booked service cannot be provided, the Agency offers an equivalent alternative or a full refund at the Customer's choice.
8. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, strike, road closure, official restriction or acts of authority. In such cases the Agency offers rescheduling or a refund of amounts not already committed to third-party suppliers.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed under Turkish Law no. 6698 (KVKK) solely to arrange and deliver the booked services, and is shared only with the suppliers required to perform them — hotels, transport providers and payment institutions. Data is not sold or used for unrelated purposes.
10. Complaints and jurisdiction
Complaints may be sent to trbanglatravel@gmail.com and are answered within 14 days. As a TÜRSAB member agency, unresolved disputes may also be referred to TÜRSAB. Turkish law applies, and Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in İstanbul have jurisdiction up to the limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
11. Validity
This contract takes effect when the Customer completes the booking and the payment is approved, and remains in force until the service has been performed or the booking has been cancelled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. A copy is retained by the Agency and can be sent to the Customer on request.
